CHALLENGE

Generali Deutschland Group, a leader in primary insurance and financial services, sought to unite 5,000 sales representatives from Generali and Volksfürsorge as part of a merger event. The goal was to inform them about the organization’s new marketing and sales strategy.

SOLUTION

Under the event’s unifying motto, the task was to seamlessly bring together both companies’ sales teams while effectively communicating the new strategic vision.

As Creative Services Director, I was responsible for staging the opening ceremony and conceptualizing all films and video projections. These included films that portrayed the board members of the merging companies in a relatable and approachable way. The process involved storyboarding, copywriting, and overseeing production to ensure the event’s messaging resonated with the attendees.
