CHALLENGE

New Mobility World and IAA Conference aimed to unite technology firms, the automotive industry, startups, and disruptors to reshape urban mobility and transport.

SOLUTION

The task was to curate, plan, and execute a high-level conference connecting automotive leaders like Daimler, Volkswagen, and Continental with digital giants such as Google, Facebook, and IBM.

I facilitated collaboration between AV teams, event directors, and stage presenters to ensure smooth execution within the tight schedule and refined dramaturgy. In addition to managing the run-of-show, I oversaw the creation of digital stage designs and implemented a tool for seamless audience interaction.
