CHALLENGE

As the market leader in music streaming in Germany, Spotify faced increasing competition from Apple Music, Deezer, and Tidal. To differentiate and attract new users to its free and Premium services, Spotify sought an Out of Home and Digital Marketing campaign.

SOLUTION

The task was to create a hyperlocal campaign that generated buzz and highlighted Spotify as the #1 platform for music discovery and self-expression. This was achieved by leveraging Spotify’s unique user-generated playlists, often featuring quirky and intriguing names.

I managed the content production for the campaign, which included over 90 programmatic OOH ads and a series of three videos for activations at major music festivals, as well as on Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook.
