THE CLIENT: Volkswagen Group Fleet International (GFI) is responsible for the cross-brand coordination of the major fleet customer business at the Volkswagen Group. That includes all brands active in this field: Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
THE TASK: Organize and execute the four-day retailer-summit of Volkswagen GFI, which is held every year to invite around 1.000 executives and key-account-managers from important German retailers to inform them about upcoming products, new services and latest developments within the Volkswagen Group.
MY ROLE: Steering of all internal and external partners involved (e.g. event engineering, set design, personnel planning, handling of keynote-speakers, locations, hotels and hospitality services) as well as overseeing timings and taking care of stage direction and event photography.
