THE PROJECT: smart ready to drop is an innovative service that makes online shopping even easier. In cooperation with DHL, Amazon and others Daimler and smart enable parcels to be delivered directly into the boot of your car. As one of several upcoming digital services smart ready to drop maximizes the car’s use and offers a mobility concept that goes beyond sheer driving.
THE TASK: Set up and organize one of the biggest in-car delivery tests ever performed in Germany and incrementally gain feedback from beta testers before the new service finally enters the market.
MY ROLE: Planning and executing communicative activities and strategic partnerships to attract early adopters and innovators to become beta testers while taking care of some of the beta test’s pivotal backend processes (such as car delivery, guidelines, educating personnel etc.).
