THE PROJECT: New Mobility World and IAA Conference are bringing together technology firms, the automotive industry, startups and disruptors to discuss and re-build urban mobility and transport.
THE TASK: Curating, planning and executing a top-notch conference to host and connect automotive players like Daimler, Volkswagen and Continental with digital leaders such as Google, Facebook and IBM.
MY ROLE: Enabling a close collaboration between AV departments, event directors and stage presenters to plan and execute the conference according to its tight schedule and refined dramaturgy. Beside the run-of-show I was in charge of creating all digital stage designs and implementing a tool for a seamless audience interaction.
