CHALLENGE

In response to the global pandemic, Audi had to transition from face-to-face trainings to fully virtual events, such as the AUDI Central Launch eXperience (CLX), AUDI Business Summit, and AUDI European Dealer Conference, aimed at educating thousands of sales and service employees about the latest vehicles.

SOLUTION

An interactive platform was developed for live and on-demand online trainings, localized to different languages and tailored to market-specific needs. The platform adhered to Audi’s legal, IT, and security guidelines while delivering a seamless user experience. Rolled out in 42 markets during COVID, the platform reached between 400 and 7,500 participants from 94 countries per event.

Serving as the central gateway between software developers, content producers, and corporate stakeholders, I oversaw the platform’s user journey, including its features, gamification elements, and iterative development across all touchpoints.
