THE PROJECT: In view of the global pandemic Audi is foregoing face-to-face trainings and must completely virtualise its events, such as the AUDI Central Launch eXperience (CLX), AUDI Business Summit and AUDI European Dealer Conference where thousands of sales- and service employees are educated about the latest vehicles.
THE TASK: Create an interactive platform for live and on-demand online trainings to educate retailers in their local language, while taking into account market-specific needs as well as Audi’s legal, IT and security guidelines. The digital event platform was rolled out during COVID in 42 markets and the events were attended by 400 to 7,500 employees from 94 countries.
MY ROLE: Be the central gateway between software developers, content producers and corporate stakeholders, and in this context responsible for the overall user journey of the platform including its features, gamification functionalities, rollout and iterative development.
